Cornerstone Partners

We thank our Cornerstone Partners for their support and understanding that there is a cost of doing business in all industries, even the nonprofit industry. The Cornerstone program of United Way Northern New Mexico gives the opportunity for corporations, businesses and individuals to support overhead and administration. Through the generosity of United Way of Northern New Mexico's Cornerstone Partners, 100% of your Community Action Fund donation dollars go directly to nonprofits making a difference in our communities.

Thank you to our 2024 Cornerstone Sponsors:

We take our role in creating positive contributions to our communities, our environment and society seriously. Giving back to the community has been a part of Enterprise DNA since the beginning. Hacienda Home Centers was founded in 1975 in Española, New Mexico, by brothers Felix, Robert, and Leroy Sanchez. Leaving secure jobs, they embarked on building a new company, drawing in friends and colleagues from the hardware and building materials industry. Their hard work and dedication paid off, expanding Hacienda to six locations and becoming a vital part of the communities they served, employing hundreds of New Mexicans and supporting various community organizations. Known for their jingle, "Hacienda Home Centers and YOU!", they maintained core principles of fair treatment and financial prudence. In response to competition from big-box retailers, Hacienda joined the Do it Best cooperative in 1998, enhancing their competitive edge. Today, under the leadership of Gary Sanchez, son of founder Felix, Hacienda continues to grow and modernize while upholding its foundational values.
