In 2024, under the leadership of our Board of Directors, United Way of Northern New Mexico created our first Executive Leadership Team. Team members are individuals from our local communities who are proven leaders, committed to our mission, and who use compassion as their compass.
Our Team is committed, caring, and creative. We use a collaborative approach to management, and while each team member is responsible for specific areas of operational needs, our strength lies in the power of working together.The strength of our communities lay in our history, our resilience, our diverse cultures and our shared desire for a better future. We believe that no one can do it alone. We are truly better together.
