There is a cost of doing business in all industries, even the nonprofit industry. United Way of Northern New Mexico has had the pleasure to partner with businesses
so that these costs are covered. The Cornerstone program of UWNNM gives the opportunity for businesses to invest in United Way to allow for research, coordination & advocating for nonprofits, and programs for residents in Northern New Mexico. Cornerstone Company investments makes it possible for individual investments to go to programs with no associated fees. “The investment from Cornerstone Companies does not just go to United Way of Northern New Mexico it extends to another 30 nonprofits working on the most critical needs for residents in Los Alamos and Rio Arriba.” says Kristy Ortega, Executive Director of UWNNM.
United Way Cornerstone Companies and Regional Partner give the Community Action Fund Thermometer a boost to over 3,800 residents in Northern NM that will have access to programs in 2017.
